Disclaimer
ViperGearLab, GearLab, and the tools are the result of a self-conducted, self-financed operation to investigate, analyze, and detect anomalies and to present that work. They are not to be used for malicious purposes. They do not provide legal authority to access any system.
ViperGearLab is a local utility for operators, cybersecurity, industrial developers, programmers, authorized pentesting, ethical hacking, law enforcement, and veterans, active and retired. It is not a government system. Ethical hacking here means work you are already allowed to do.
The trial is a short full-feature window on this device. A paid license is a Gumroad key for the suite you bought. The Commander pack is the complete suite with contributed exercise records. Keys are checked against Gumroad when you have set a product id. Uses are not incremented on that check.
Use it to organize and present observations you are authorized to hold, including notes from an authorized pentest or ethical-hacking engagement. Do not use it to break into systems, scan networks you do not administer, harass anyone, or for any other malicious purpose.
Notes, the device seal, and the trial clock stay in this browser. The app does not ask for your legal name, street address, or an account. Email is used only if you choose to write.
Commander records are contributed samples for training the workflow. They are not reports about real people or live incidents.
The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Some places do not allow that limit; in those places it applies only as far as it legally can.
Refunds follow the Gumroad listing. Write Refund or Complaint to the contact address if a sale needs a human.
